How the MVL Client Portal works…
Once we have received payment and the completed MVL questionnaire from you / your client, you will be set up with a Client Portal account.
The MVL Portal will enable you to view, upload and store all the documentation relating to the case. It will also issue electronic updates on the progress of the case (via email and/or text message), including when the shareholders can expect their money.
You will be supplied with log in details to enable you to see all the MVL cases your firm is dealing with. With this log in, you and your team will be able to see an overview of all your firm’s cases that are with Clarke Bell.
Your clients will also each get log in details so that they can see their specific MVL case.
Of course, we are always here to help with any queries that may arise in the course of the case. However, with the Portal, you and your clients can see the latest situation of a case at your convenience, without needing to contact us.
